Branca de Neve Orange Cake Preparation
Preparation method :
Ingredients: 1 packet of mix (425g), 4 whole eggs, 100g margarine, 100ml milk. (All ingredients should be at room temperature)
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 24cm diameter cake tin, with or without a hood.
2. In a bowl, combine the eggs, margarine, and milk with the contents of the mix packet. Mix with an electric mixer at low speed until all ingredients are combined. Then beat continuously for about 5 minutes at high speed. Pour the batter into the pan.
3. Bake for about 35 minutes, check if the cake is baked, remove from the oven and unmold after a few minutes.
