It always turns out well!
Ingredients: One sachet of mix, 4 whole eggs, 2 tablespoons of milk. (All ingredients should be at room temperature; preferably use medium-sized eggs.)
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease a 24cm diameter chimney pan.
2. In a bowl, combine the eggs and milk with the contents of the packet of batter. Mix with a mixer on low speed until all ingredients are combined. Then, beat for about 5 minutes on high speed. Pour the batter into the pan.
3. Bake for about 30 minutes. Check if the cake is cooked with a toothpick, remove from the oven, and unmold.
