Branca de Neve Scone Preparation

Preparation method:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of prepared mix, 1 egg, 50g of margarine, 1 dl of milk, 1 egg yolk or milk for brushing
( All ingredients must be at room temperature, preferably use M size eggs ).
1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC and grease a baking tray.
2. In a bowl, combine the egg, margarine, and milk with the contents of the packet of mix. Mix quickly with a spoon or knead by hand until smooth.
3. Shape about 12 small balls of dough with a spoon or your hands and place them on the baking sheet. Brush with egg yolk or milk. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the baking sheet and serve warm.
