Wheat malt takes center stage in the ingredients of this Bavarian beer, fermented at a high temperature (ale) and unfiltered. Very clear and cloudy, it reveals a harmony of fruity aromas, cloves, and spices. The body is light, the flavor smooth and refreshing, and slightly bitter.
