Lager beer, the color of sunflowers, luminous as the rising sun. A determined head, white and pure as the cherry blossoms of Hokkaido. Serene volatiles, with citrus notes, lychee, and sea air. Refreshing, the slow aging in the vat delicately polished the bitterness and refined its flavor, balancing the sweetness of the rice and the generous acidity. A determined but ceremonial fizz. The final reflection in the mouth is medium and dry... somewhat mysterious.
