After a careful selection of one of the region's most typical grape varieties, the grapes were harvested and vinified using the most modern technology, complete destemming, light pressing, and fermented at a temperature controlled between 16°C and 18°C in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the variety's typical aromas.
