Adega de Pegoes is a red wine produced with Castelão grapes from the Setúbal Peninsula. After fermentation and a long maceration period, the wine remained for 11 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

The Setúbal Peninsula, the region where our vineyards are located, is characterized by a microclimate with excellent soil and climate conditions, unique in that it boasts sandy soils rich in water and a Mediterranean climate with maritime influences due to its proximity to the sea. The perfect harmony of these elements fosters the development of perfectly adapted noble grape varieties, producing wines of exceptional quality.
