🍷 Assobio Red Wine
Produced by Quinta dos Murças , a subsidiary of Esporão , Assobio Tinto originates on the slopes of the Douro Valley, where the vines grow at altitude, acquiring a unique freshness and elegance. Made from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Franca grapes, it has a vibrant ruby ​​color and an intense aroma of red fruits with subtle notes of spices and well-integrated wood .
On the palate it is balanced, fresh and fruity , with smooth tannins and a long, harmonious finish — a modern and captivating Douro.
Ideal to accompany grilled meats, pasta, cheeses and Mediterranean dishes.

🤍 Assobio White Wine
Assobio Branco , also from Quinta dos Murças (Esporão) , is a fresh and elegant wine, produced from the Gouveio, Viosinho and Rabigato grape varieties. Pale citrine in color , it presents a vibrant aroma of tropical and citrus fruits , with light floral and mineral notes.
On the palate it is refreshing, balanced and persistent , with lively acidity and an elegant finish that reflects the freshness of the Douro's high-altitude vineyards.
Perfect to accompany seafood, grilled fish, salads and light summer dishes.
