Description
The best lots of Aragonez, and the night harvest (moon harvest), created this wine – Invisible.
The must is transported in a refrigerated truck to the winery. From there, it is gravity-fed to the cold chamber, where it remains to settle for 24 hours at low temperatures. After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12°C for 15 days.
Utilizing the aromatic potential of Aragonez, this wine was created, brimming with aromas of tea (Earl Grey), mint, lime peel, and sage. On the palate, it is fresh, with good acidity, and a very elegant finish.
