Produced from Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, and Tinta Roriz grape varieties, this is a bold red with plenty of fruit and chocolate on the aroma, with a light toasted finish. On the palate, it has solid but ripe tannins, body, and width in a heady style, finishing quickly with spicy notes.

Grape Varieties: 50 % Aragonez, 30% Touriga Nacional, 20% Alfrocheiro

Casa de Santar prides itself on presenting distinctive and elegant wines, resulting from the careful vinification of three Dão ex-libris white grape varieties: Encruzado, Cerceal-Branco, and Bical. It pairs well with grilled fish, salads, and al dente pasta.
