Vinha D’Ervideira – Antão Vaz | Late Harvest | DOC Alentejo
Sweet white wine produced from the Antão Vaz grape variety, harvested late in the Alentejo region. It displays an intense and brilliant golden color, a reflection of the grape's prolonged maturation on the vine.
On the nose, it reveals exuberant notes of ripe tropical fruit, honey, apricot, and slight floral hints. On the palate, it is enveloping, with sweetness balanced by a lively acidity that gives it freshness and elegance. A long, harmonious, and persistent finish.
Ideal for pairing with fruit-based desserts, almond tart, traditional conventual sweets, or blue cheeses. It can also be enjoyed on its own, well chilled, as a wine for contemplation.
Recommended serving temperature: 8–10ºC.
