Insignia White Port Wine

Traditional Port winemaking method. After the grapes are partially stripped and lightly crushed, fermentation with skin maceration follows. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperature and is interrupted by the addition of brandy (aguardente). The entire winemaking process is monitored by the winemaking team, taking into account the type of grape, its degree of ripeness, and the desired sweetness.
