Wine from the Côa Slopes

Red:

Deep violet in color, the nose reveals exuberant aromas of orange blossom and wild basil. Complex and intense on the palate, wild blackberries combine with resinous and spicy notes, ending with a long and succulent finish.

Alcohol Content: 14%

Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz

White:

Another great wine from producer Costa Boal. This wine's grapes come from two different locations: 60% of the grapes are harvested in the Douro Superior region and the remainder in the Alijó region of Cima do Corgo. It's fresh and elegant. Part of the wine ages in stainless steel vats and the rest in French oak barrels, where it remains for six months.
