The winemaking tradition in the Évora region dates back to time immemorial. The charter granted to the city by King Manuel I in 1501 attests to this. The red wines are produced from Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, and Aragonez grape varieties, aged in new French oak barrels. Very fruity, they exhibit great concentration and exuberance, typical of youth.
