WHITE :

Citrine yellow in color with green hues, it has a complex aroma of tropical fruits, good minerality, and floral notes. Upon tasting, it reveals a strong, intense personality, good body, and acidity, with a fresh and vigorous finish. It pairs well with fresh fish, seafood, and sushi.

RED :

Aroma of very ripe red fruits well integrated with spicy and balsamic notes.

Balanced, rounded flavor with fruit and spice flavors. Good structure with well-polished tannins.

Intense ruby color with violet hues

Vinification of this wine: Mechanical harvest at night. Total destemming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (22°C - 28°C) in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentation maceration for 5 to 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats with French oak staves. Aging: 9 months in 400L French and American oak barrels.

Contains sulfites.
