Tasting Notes
Compact ruby red color. Solid and powerful, serene and delicate, it immediately reveals ripe yet refined fruit. Fine yet tense and powerful tannins, fresh and invigorating, with a long and elegant finish.

Vinification
The 2022 harvest went especially well for us, with prolonged and careful ripening, a temperate year that was only slightly interrupted at the end of the harvest. Such good fortune allowed 2022 to provide long and slow ripening periods, which our vines took advantage of to present grapes with an exemplary balance between acidity and tannins. The proximity of the winery to the vineyards and the subsequent aging in second and third-year French oak barrels, so that the wine would not be too marked by the wood, explain the structure and elegance of this HT by Tiago Cabaço Reserva.

Citrine yellow color, intense and persuasive aroma, structured yet elegant, fresh and mineral with a vigorous and vibrant finish.

Vinification
The summer was hot, but Estremoz maintained the wide temperature ranges that are so characteristic of the region and which are fundamental for the plant to achieve slow ripening, so that we obtain grapes with an exemplary balance between alcohol and acidity. If we also add details such as the proximity of the winery to the vineyards, the gentle pressing, the low fermentation temperatures, and the rest in French oak barrels, it is easy to understand why we were able to reissue this edition of Tiago Cabaço
