Alentejo Wine - Herdade dos Arrochais (Amareleja)
Red wine.
Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Alfrocheiro, Trincadeira, Aragonês and Tinta Caiada.
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aging was done in stainless steel vats.
White wine.
Varieties: Antão Vaz and Arinto.
Winemaking: After manual harvesting, the grapes were pressed and the must clarified. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (16ºC) for approximately three weeks.
