It has a deep ruby ​​color and an intense, floral aroma , with notes of violet, ripe black fruits, compote, and a touch of vanilla , resulting from partial aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate it is rich, full-bodied and harmonious , with firm but silky tannins, balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish , revealing all the expressiveness of this emblematic grape variety.
