TASTING NOTES
Its nose is dominated by fruit, with notes of plum and currants , along with a touch of coffee and dark chocolate . The oak is perfectly integrated. On the palate, it's a rich and powerful wine with round, velvety tannins followed by great freshness and persistence. A ready-to-drink wine with great aging potential.
It's highly concentrated, with an intense aroma of ripe red fruits, notes of violets, and cocoa. This wine boasts excellent structure, round, full-bodied, and ripe tannins, with a long, persistent finish.

WHITE:
Description: Made in stainless steel tanks with controlled fermentation temperature, using Malvasia Fina, Cerceal, Gouveio, and Moscatel grapes. Technically responsible for the winemaking process is winemaker Maria Serpa Pimentel, who has been renewing the profile of the house's wines for some time, without neglecting the image of this classic Douro producer.
Tasting note: Produced from Cerceal, Malvasia Fina, Gouveio and Moscatel, the white Pacheca is a dry wine with floral aromas and a fruity, refreshing flavor.

ROSÉ:
Description: "Pacheca Rosé" is a wine made primarily from selected Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz grapes, giving it a medium alcohol content and high acidity. Vinified using the traditional "Bica Aberta" method, it boasts typical rosé aromas, with the fruity aroma characteristic of Touriga Nacional standing out. It pairs well with light dishes and salads.
Tasting note: Red fruit flavor with a very nice finish.
