Expressing the Alentejo through a wine. Made from typical Alentejo grape varieties, the oenological intervention is practically zero, enhancing the true aromas and flavors of the region.
Concentrated violet color. Intense nose of black fruits with notes of dried herbs. Full attack, full-bodied, rich and luscious with notes of toffee, with the finish revealing firm and round tannins.

Classification: Regional Alentejo Wine
Concept: A wine with a sense of origin. Made mostly from typical Alentejo grape varieties, the oenological intervention is practically zero, enhancing the true aromas and flavors of the region.
Grape Varieties: Antão Vaz (40%), Roupeiro (40%) and Arinto (20%)
Soil Type: Clay-limestone.
Vinification: Selective manual harvest in 20kg crates. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural settling. Alcoholic fermentation took place at 12ºC, 100% in stainless steel vats.

Color: Citrine yellow color
Aroma: Intense aroma of citrus with mineral notes refreshing the whole.
Palate: Attacks with good volume and is rich in the retro-nasal. Ends with impressive freshness in harmony with good fruit. The finish is quite persistent.
Gastronomy: Fresh, with good acidity and some unctuousness, it works well with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
Alcohol: 12.5% Vol.
