Produced in the Douro demarcated region, Fonte da Perdiz Reserva Tinto is made from the traditional grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz , selected from vineyards located on the schist slopes of the valley.
It has an intense ruby ​​color and a complex aroma of ripe black fruits, spices, and elegant notes of wood , resulting from aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and persistent , with round tannins and a velvety texture that reveals all the elegance of Douro wines.
Ideal to accompany grilled meats, oven-baked dishes, game, and aged cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14% vol | Serve at: 16–18 °C
