Jardim das Castas Reserva is an Alentejo red wine of great elegance and complexity, crafted from Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, and Syrah grape varieties.
It displays an intense ruby color and a deep aroma of ripe black fruits, with notes of vanilla, cocoa, and fine spices, resulting from its partial aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, balanced, and velvety, with rounded tannins and a long, persistent finish, revealing the harmony and typical character of Alentejo wines.
Ideal to accompany grilled meats, game dishes, pasta, and cured cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14% vol | Serve at: 16–18 °C
