A fine and intense aroma, markedly mineral. Highly concentrated aromatic notes with hints of wet stone. An elegant palate with structure and refreshing acidity. A long finish with bitter citrus and mineral notes. The fermentation of Alvarinho grapes in wooden barrels and the use of ancient winemaking techniques, such as fermentation, are some of the methods that make these wines stand out in the world of white wines.
