Vidigueira DOC Alentejo Red - ATO III "A Saudade"

A generous Alentejo red, produced from the Trincadeira, Aragonez, and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties. It presents an elegant garnet color and an intense aroma, marked by ripe red fruits, soft notes of vanilla, and dried fruits.

On the palate, it reveals itself to be full-bodied, balanced, and enveloping, with nuances of coffee and spices and a long, persistent finish. A versatile wine, ideal to accompany grilled or roasted meats, traditional Portuguese dishes, cured meats, and intense-flavored cheeses.

Vidigueira DOC Alentejo White - ATO III "A Saudade"

A white wine that expresses the recognized winemaking tradition of Vidigueira, crafted from the Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Perrum grape varieties. Citrus in color, it presents an intense and inviting aroma, dominated by tropical fruit, accompanied by delicate notes of vanilla and a light mineral touch.

On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and harmonious, combining the richness of the fruit with a pleasant acidity. The finish is long and persistent, making it an excellent choice to accompany grilled fish, seafood, salads, white meats, or simply to enjoy as an aperitif.
