Ingredients
- Sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation
- Place a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan, heat it over the flame, and add the sliced mushrooms that have already been washed and drained.
- Stir and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the chopped garlic cloves and cook over high heat, stirring, so that the water from the mushrooms evaporates.
- When the mushrooms are tender, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
