Black Pork Chorizo from Alentejo - Oriola

Made from a blend of lean black pork meat, its flavour is slightly more intense than sausages made from white pork. It has a darker red colour characteristic of black pork meat and a very soft texture.

Serving Suggestion:
It should preferably be eaten raw and thinly sliced, though it can also be eaten boiled, roasted, or fried.
