Red:
Expressing the Alentejo through wine. Made from typical Alentejo grape varieties, winemaking requires virtually no intervention, enhancing the region's true aromas and flavors.
Concentrated violet color. Intense nose of black fruits with hints of dried grass. Full, full-bodied, rich, and mouth-watering attack with notes of toffee, and the finish reveals firm, rounded tannins.

Concept : A wine with a sense of origin. Made primarily from typical Alentejo grape varieties, the winemaking process is virtually non-existent, enhancing the region's true aromas and flavors.
Varieties : Antão Vaz (40%), Roupeiro (40%) and Arinto (20%)
Soil type : Clay-limestone.
Winemaking : Selective hand-harvest into 20kg boxes. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. Alcoholic fermentation occurred at 12°C 100% in stainless steel tanks.

Color : Citrine yellow color
Aroma : Intense citrus aroma with mineral notes refreshing the whole.
Palate : It hits with good volume and is rich on the palate. It finishes with impressive freshness and harmony with good fruit. The finish is quite persistent.
Gastronomy : Fresh, with good acidity and some unctuousness, it works well with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
Alcohol : 12.5% Vol.
