It's delicious and always turns out well!
Preparation method:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of mix, 4 whole eggs, 125 g of margarine, 100 ml of milk. (All ingredients must be at room temperature, preferably use size M eggs).
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease a 24cm diameter chimney pan.
2. In a bowl, combine the eggs, margarine, and milk with the contents of the packet of batter. Mix with a mixer on low speed until all ingredients are combined. Then, beat for about 5 minutes on high speed. Pour the batter into the pan.
3. Bake for about 35 minutes. Check if the cake is cooked with a toothpick. Remove from the oven and unmold.
