Preparation method:
Ingredients: 1 sachet of mix (425g), 4 whole eggs, 100g of margarine, 100ml of milk. (All ingredients must be at room temperature)

1. Turn on/light the oven to 180ºC and grease a 24cm diameter pan with or without a chimney.
2. In a bowl, combine the eggs, margarine, and milk with the contents of the packet of batter. Mix with a mixer on low speed until all ingredients are combined. Then beat for about 5 minutes on high speed. Pour the batter into the pan.
3. Bake for about 35 minutes, check if the cake is cooked, remove from the oven and unmold after a few minutes.
